There’s a small part of us wouldn’t mind travelling longer. (At one point he suggested continuing on to Adelaide haha.) Unfortunately, reality prevails. 😀
Not quite the whole picture. 😊 The bike, plus some clothes and bits and pieces fit in those 2 big cases, filling the spaces and acting as padding. We had another normal size suitcase (that was ‘babushka’d in one of the big cases when couriered) for racks, helmets, shoes, the black panniers and stuff. And we carried the two red panniers and the boot bag as cabin luggage.
Carrying stuff all off-bike clothes while riding is quite liberating. No decisions to make about what to wear. Not much to pack each morning. Still fine-tuning what we take.
